Our Approach
At Manchester Metropolitan University’s Centre for Enterprise we bring specialist expertise in creating on-line assessment tools to unlock potential in individuals and organisations. Our web-based tools are fast and simple to use and offer a practical, personalised and sustainable journey to plot and capture distance travelled toward goal fulfilment. Above all, we believe that the best results are generated from engaging the user to develop critical thinking skills and reflective practice.
All our tools are;
- knowledge based and designed by academic experts collaboratively with practitioners and have been stress tested within different user environments.
- designed for facilitating and stimulating critical thinking, self awareness and reflection
- designed to capture and map current points in time – gap analysis
- designed to be completed within 1 - 2 hours
- designed to provide the users with visual graphical snapshots
- designed to facilitate and motivate user centred goal setting
- offer registered clients secure password protected, secure ID access 24 hours a day 7 days a week
